Certain information on this Website relates to MUFG Global Fund SICAV (the “Regulated Fund”) which is a fund established in Luxembourg with a variable capital and structured as an umbrella fund. The Regulated Fund qualifies as an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) and has obtained recognition under the UCITS Directive for marketing in certain member states in the European Economic Area. References to the Regulated Fund include its sub-funds.
